reCAPTCHA

This website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. to protect the site from spam and abuse submitted through online forms. This service is used to determine whether the user is a human or a bot.

For this purpose, Google collects data including IP addresses and other relevant information. The data entered by users will also be used by Google for this purpose. However, within the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), IP addresses are anonymized before processing. In exceptional cases, IP addresses may be transmitted to Google servers in the United States and anonymized there.

Google uses this information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate the use of the site. The IP address collected by reCAPTCHA from your browser will not be merged with other data held by Google.

This data collection is carried out in accordance with Google’s data protection regulations. For more information, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy at the following URL: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=ja

By using the reCAPTCHA service, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.

Web Analytics

When you visit our website, we collect information about your usage through a web analytics tool provided by our hosting service. This tool collects and processes your IP address and user agent, combines this information, shortens it, and stores it using a hash function.

This process generates a visitor identifier that is encrypted using a randomly generated value (SALT), which changes every 24 hours. This ensures that the IP address cannot be reconstructed from the stored visitor identifier, thereby maintaining anonymity. We do not combine this information with other data, and it is stored exclusively on the servers of our hosting provider.

We also process web analytics data, HTTP data, and web analytics profile data. The web analytics tool we use creates and stores web analytics profiles. These profiles include details about your use of the website, such as page views, visit frequency, time spent on each page, and your device’s user agent. This may include usage data (such as visited web pages and access times) and communication data (such as browser type, operating system, and IP address).

The purpose of processing this data is to analyze user behavior in aggregated form in order to improve the presentation and content of our website. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), in particular for web measurement aimed at improving our products and website.

The collected data is shared with our website hosting provider and is processed within the European Union.
